Kelly and Chris grew up in Riverside where they now raise their family together. They both take pride in the local community, Chris is a Police Sergeant and Kelly is a licensed real estate broker. Their love for Riverside was evident when they called me last Spring. They always thought they could use a little more space in their home and had a 5-year plan to eventually extend their home with an addition. To everyone’s surprise, the perfect home became available to them! Not just any home though. Their next door neighbors were being transferred to a new city for work, so Kelly and Chris decided to buy their home. No moving trucks necessary! Kelly and Chris made the quick journey across the grass. When I asked Kelly why they decided to buy their neighbors home, she said that they loved the street they live on so much, it would be difficult to leave. She explained how all of the neighbors were wonderful people, became the best of friends & all had children the same age as hers, making life and parenting easier. This home, was the perfect solution.
